How to use:

Apply a generous amount of Makeup MeltAway Cleansing Balm onto wet or dry skin. Use fingertips to massage onto the skin with circular motions. For eye makeup remover, using your fingertips apply to closed eyes in a downward and outward sweeping motion. Rinse with water to leave your skin feeling soft and hydrated.
